Training

Training is mandatory for all volunteers, youth and adult, and will be scheduled prior to each club season.

What will I need to bring with me?

Clearances and paperwork must be completed before attending training. You will also need a valid driver’s license or other form of photo ID.

What will I learn?

At training, you become proficient in running every aspect of a CEF program. This includes:

  • Small Group Counseling
  • Teaching a Bible verse
  • Leading a Song
  • Sharing a Missionary Story
  • Teaching the Bible lesson
  • Playing Review Games
  • Guiding a child to Christ
  • Behavioral management strategies
  • And so much more
