Penni Scott
Director
Penni joined CEF BucksMont in February of 2023 and brought with her over 20 years of experience in children and youth ministries. Her heart to reach children with the gospel of Jesus Christ is driven by her own recognition, at age 30, that only He can fix what’s broken, heal what hurts, lighten our loads, and right our wrongs. And that only happens because He is who He says He is. Not just a gifted teacher, a prophet, or a really good man. But He is the Son of God, The Living Word, The Image of the Almighty, The Author of all Creation, The Bread of Life, the Lion of Judah, the Light of the world, Provider, Protector, the Truth, the Life, the unspeakable Gift of God. The Lamb that was slain, so that we could have life. In the power of His life and death and resurrection He transforms us and makes us new. With her new life, through the power of the Holy Spirit, Penni spends her days striving to know Him more, serve Him more, and share His story with everyone she meets. She and her husband have three wonderful children, 2 crazy dogs, a plethora of fascinating relatives, and reside in Harleysville, Pa.
Jessica Eyre
Treasurer/Office Manager
Jessica graduated from Lancaster Bible College with a degree in Bible and Elementary Education and continued her education at the University of Florida where she obtained her master’s in Curriculum and Instruction. She has taught in a public school, private Christian schools, and homeschool settings. Her passion for teaching and sharing God’s love with children led her to be a camp mom at Camp Good News in 2019 and then to her current position of treasurer and office manager in the fall of 2021. Her husband, Ryan, and two girls, Amanda and Aaliyah, are very involved at their home church, Ridgeline Community Church where she participates in the children’s ministry and leading worship on Sunday mornings. She feels called to use the skills and experiences God has given her to further His kingdom wherever she can!
Jeremy Breece
Ministry Coordinator
Jeremy began working with Child Evangelism Fellowship at about 15 years old doing 5 Day Clubs during the Flood Philly missions trip. After becoming full-time in 2018 he has run missions trips, camp, and clubs. He also enjoys doing creative arts ministries with puppets, black light, illusions and more! Jeremy currently lives with his parents, grandparents, brother, sister-in-law, and nieces in Newtown PA.
Lori Seltzer
Ministry Specialist
Lori started in CEF when she was in high school. She was a summer missionary in Lebanon County for 4 summers. She will tell you that her training through CEF was a major part of her ability to share the Gospel with anyone at any age. Learning how to share the Gospel through the Wordless Book was life changing! Lori and her husband Corvin have served in the Pastoral ministry for 35 years. When she moved to Bucks County she connected again with her local chapter and served on the Committee. In February of 2022 Lori felt God calling her to share the Gospel. She stepped out in faith and quit her job to wait on the Lord and what He had for her. God opened the door to CEF with a position as a Field Missionary. She loves to share who Jesus is with the children she teaches. Her passion for this if found in 2 Corinthians 4:6 “For God, who said, “Light shall shine out of darkness.” is the One who has shone in our hearts to give the Light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.
