What is the Christmas Outreach?
The Christmas Outreach is an awesome outreach to Bucks/Mont Counties to make Christmas a blast for kids who may not get to go to any other Christmas parties or hear the Gospel this Christmas! This two day missions trip is a great way for students from your church to volunteer together and learn about the power of service. Each church’s team, alongside a trained Child Evangelism Fellowship® Leader, will be trained on how to share the Gospel, perform a puppet song, teach a game or craft and more, and then will go out to different locations in Bucks/Mont Counties, PA, where CEF® has organized a Christmas Party for the children of that community. The teams will run these parties with the training they receive! The event will also include team building games, a message, and a time of sharing testimonies.

What Do You Want to do Next?
Individual Registration
Individual Registration is due November 15th
You will first need a leader to register your group. Learn more here.
After your group is registered, each individual in your group will need to fill out a permission form.
What You'll Need to do . . .
- Pay $40 upon registration
- Complete the Pre-Training before December 6th
- Get and submit clearances (if necessary)
- Show up ready to serve!
You need these clearances if:
You are above the age of 18.
You are 14+ and an employee of CEF.
You do not need these clearances if:
You are a volunteer or CEF Volunteer Leader under 18.
What to Bring:
Bring your Bible, and a way to take notes. We provide a shirt for you on Saturday, but if you’d like, bring a festive hat, fun scarf or etc. to make the Christmas Party more fun! You will also need $ for lunch on Saturday unless your team is packing a lunch. Ask your team leader for more details.

To be A Christmas Outreach Team:
-Have a group of 5 or more team members.
-At least one team member must be 18+.
-Have transportation available for your entire team for December 14 in addition to 2 CEF leaders.
If you do not meet the qualifications to be a team, don’t worry! Contact us ASAP, to learn what spots are available.
What You'll Need to do . . .
- Pay application fee upon registration (Price Varies)
- Distribute the flyers and registration link provided
- Find drivers for team and make sure everyone completes pre-training
- Join your team at the outreach!
What We'll Do For You . . .
- Provide the registration form/flyers
- Provide training
- Provide supplies
- Connect you with a CEF leader and club hosts
Christmas Party Host Registration
You can have a team come to your location! The team will run a 2-hour Christmas program. Each child will receive a party favor bag and a snack. Two times are available, 9:30-11:30 or 1:00-3:00. Tell us the times you are available when you register.
Registration must be received by November 15th!

CEF Christmas Leader Registration
Help teens and team members learn how to share the gospel, lead songs, puppets, crafts, games, and more in order to run a Christmas Party Club! Each team will run up two Party Clubs on Saturday.
Registration must be received by November 15th!
What You'll Need to do . . .
- Attend leader training at Crossing December 3, 6:00-8:30
- Train a team with another leader
- Teach a Bible story and run the club
What We'll Do For You . . .
- Provide supplies
- Provide the main parts of training
- Provide you a shirt
